We are graphic designers who blend the conceptual design process with strategic planning for commercial real estate through the development of branded environments, experiential graphic design (EGD) programs, comprehensive signage and wayfinding plans.
We are currently seeking a Senior Brand Designer with 5+ years of studio and or agency experience and exceptional visual design skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and curious about the creative work they contribute to, from initial concept development stages to the fine details and execution required for project delivery. They must have strong communication skills and a collaborative approach across team members and project types.
Plan out projects conceptually including research for all projects
Think strategically and be able to execute projects from start to finish
Collaborate with the Design Lead to produce and implement designs
Produce high-grade work in a variety of mediums and project types
Demonstrate excellence of craft with refined typographic skills
Ensure that the studio’s creative vision is upheld and maintained for each project
Lead and direct other team members through the design and creative process
Be organized, precise and display attention to detail for all projects
Collaborate with and manage client relationships as needed
Effectively manage multiple project timelines and project deliverables
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a studio or agency environment
Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design
Strong portfolio showcasing a comprehensive approach, from start to finish
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the brand identity process
Experience in directing and collaborating effectively with junior creatives
Professionalism and mature presence
Sketch-up and web UX/UI design experience are a bonus
