Spencer joins Spaeth Hill with over six years of experience in the international development sector, where he led federally funded projects around the world. He brings a strong background in managing complex initiatives, most recently with Chemonics International, and collaborating with diverse clients and stakeholders, including USAID, the Global Fund, and countless NGOs.

At Spaeth Hill, his project management approach is rooted in accountability, transparency, and efficiency. Spencer works closely with both our creative team and our clients to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and under budget. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and French from the University of Kentucky.
