With the development of the logo already in place, OTJ looked to Spaeth Hill as a consultative partner to lead the rebranding effort. Our work in the built environment and previous experience with the firm informed our approach—we easily envisioned where the brand needed to go and how to get it there. Our early work exploring typography and color naturally aligned with the team because it expressed confidence and maturity, while addressing their desire for systematic flexibility. From there we expanded the brand into the collateral suite and a robust proposal system templated for use by internal marketing teams.
The final part of our initial work together was the website redesign. We took the elegance and the maturity of the brand elements we developed and brought them to life online through a system that highlighted projects and people equally. The website highlights the elegance of the system, showcasing how color and typographic nuance brings forward the brand’s personality.
